This present age we live in, is one of constant mental stress, frustration, disappointments and physical insufficiency. There is no remedy for these; but we can cultivate detachment from all of them – we being the soul, not the body. We chant the holy names of God to nourish and satisfy the soul. That soul possesses eternal purity, joy and full knowledge.

Once the Holy name contacts the heart, the physical and emotional bodies move in wonder. Casting away inhibitions we sway and dance to this timeless chant. The soul, touched by the immortal Spiritual Mantra bursts through the short-lived body; our consciousness drowns in endless waves of ecstasy.
